... the vast Flagstaff region ... because of successive mild winters, excellent fawn recruitment and doe/fawn ratios, deer populations are up and buck/doe ratios are solid...  Units north of the Colorado River offer buck/doe ratios ranging from 20-50:100, and south of the river they are 15-26:100... units 13A and 13B offer buck/doe ratios 31:100 and 50:100 respectively. What’s also impressive about these units is the fawn/doe ratio, which was 104:100 in unit 13A this year. Because deer are doing so exceptionally well in these units ...
