California Department of Fish and Game researchers are trying to track the infestation of an exotic lice that is causing hair loss and possibly contributing to the death of black-tailed deer fawns. Experts estimate the lice made their way from Eurasia ...With the help of funding from the Humboldt Blacktail Chapter of the Mule Deer Foundation ... DFG has initiated a study on the issue....
