The vineyards at Ravenswood Historic Site will be safe from unwanted cloven feet, following the park district's recent decision to add permanent fencing around the land....Coastal Viticultural Consulants, which has a 25-year agreement to manage the vineyards for the district, proposed replacing an existing temporary fence used to protect the area from deer damage, according to a news release from the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District..The fence will be between six and eight feet high,....
