Rockville disingenuous on deer hunt August 17, 2011 Maryland, Gazette.Net: Maryland Community News Online is the time for public comment...Deer don't cause Lyme Disease. Auto accidents can be avoided but will increase during a hunt. When deer are killed, other deer come to take their place, and the species reproduces to a greater extent when their numbers are lowered so hunts occur every year with no success. Deer killed by bullets are poisonous and cannot be consumed. Ask about repellants, roadside reflectors, and other proven, scientific ideas...Rockville, we should not set this precedent.
