Michigan State Sen. John Proos, R-St. Joseph, has again proposed legislation that would allow farmers to shoot more deer with fewer hassles... [farmer] Flamm spent $12,000 for materials to build a five-strand, solar-powered electric-charged fence to string around the perimeters of fields full of young trees...."The only tree they don't like are baby peach trees."... shooting nuisance deer often isn't helpful, or even possible, [farmer] Rhodes added, pointing out that there are homes close to his farm.
