Reports and photos of deer roaming around Farmington Hills with arrows sticking out of their bodies have prompted the City Council to consider banning the discharge of bows in the city ... Councilman Ken Massey said the council would be remiss if it didn't protect residents from the discharge of projectiles such as arrows. ...
