New requirements for Duluth bow hunters?  June 23, 2011 Minnesota Urban Duluth News Tribune

City Councilors Jay Fosle and Jackie Halberg put forward an ordinance that would require hunters to take two does before they could receive a permit for a buck. Fosle also wants to require hunters to take the animals they kill to a designated station, where deer would be logged and tagged. Hunters now are able to register deer online. Fosle called for in-person verification to ensure that the city has an exact count of how many does and bucks are killed.
