City residents who are feeding deer without a permit could be fined...$50 for a first offense and $200 for a second...She and her husband feed deer in their yard and say that they haven't destroyed their plants because they use a deer-repellant spray every few months.... about 35 people showed up to air their grievances with the herds of deer that have been roaming the city. Several people spoke of the problems they’ve had with deer eating their trees, shrubbery, and landscaping.... Council members briefly touched on the subject of an hunt within the city but weren’t ready to jump into a full discussion about it.
