The rest of the team rides in the bed of the pickup... The conservation department's survey is the first of its kind in the city, and follows more than a year of debate between supporters and opponents of urban deer hunting as a means to manage the deer population... The survey, which was requested by the Cape Girardeau City Council, is being conducted by the Missouri Department of Conservation and the Cape Girardeau Police Department. The Biology Department at Southeast Missouri State University will assist by helping analyze data collected by conservation - Missouri, January 13, 2013
