... the Board heard again from Cornell biology professor Bernd Blossey ...  Cameras are used by the Deer Nuisance program to monitor the locations of automatic feeders which dispense bait for the deer at set times ... and keep them coming back regularly. Blossey explained that this allows for the program participants to target the deer during their two to three hours of maximum activity after the bait has been dispensed...
