Fort Ransom seeks to control deer population September, 9, 2011 North Dakota, WDAY

Outside, still natural tree growth but open to be eaten by the deer. Park rangers even tried putting pepper on the trees to stop the deer, but that didn't work so the only solution was to put these cages around every single tree in the park....
