Smaller deer herd angers some hunters December 15, 2013 Ohio, Columbus Dispatch 
... Counting all hunting seasons ... some 205,000 to 220,000 deer will be removed from the landscape by Feb. 2, the final day of the archery hunt, the Ohio Division of Wildlife has forecasted. The lower end of that forecast would represent a decline from the two previous seasons.
