Ohio's archery deer kill should mirror '10 total September 20, 2011

By the end of the season Feb. 5, [archery] hunters are projected to kill between 85,000 and 90,000 deer out of a herd of 700,000 to 750,000....Last year, longbow archers killed 40,889 deer, and crossbow hunters shot 44,123 deer...wildlife managers who are hoping to reduce the state's deer herd even more.
