They even leave food out for them. Others see problems. City council is considering an ordinance that would not only forbid residents from feeding deer, but would ban feeding all animals outside. That could even include pets like dogs and cats who prefer to dine el fresco in the belief that the leftover food might attract raccoons, rats and other unwanted animals...
