Mentor City Council approves deer-related ordinances despite opposition January 21, 2013, Ohio

City residents are prohibited from feeding deer or obstruction deer hunting and culling under two measures City Council approved last week..."I voted against the deer feeding [measure] because I look at it as property owner rights," said Council President Scott J. Marn.. "When we plant flowers in our yard, I always tell my wife you're making a smorgasbord for the deer because they love all of this stuff. So is she liable for feeding deer because she does that? ...
