For the third year, Oxford will allow bow and arrow hunting of deer by approved hunters. ..Each permitted hunter who takes three female deer and donates two deer to the Community Meal Center in Hamilton will be permitted to take an antlered deer. The city’s goal is to increase the number of deer taken under the program, according to Elliott.
