Sheffield Village looks to solve its deer problem January 17, 2012 Ohio, The Morning Journal 

... according to Mayor John Hunter. “It’s a double-edged sword,” Hunter said. “We’re trying to deal with it in a humane way, but we have to take some sort of action.” ... around 80 car-deer collisions a year ... He added much of the village’s farmland and wooded areas create an ideal habitat for the animals.
