... One option for people who witness someone breaking game laws is the Oregon Turn In Poachers (TIP) Program. This program provides a way for the public to report wildlife violations directly to the dispatchers for Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife troopers. The phone number is (800) 452-7888. There is also a way to report online by sending an email to TIP@state.or.us. The reporting party can remain anonymous if necessary. ... The reward amounts are currently $100 for game fish and upland bird cases, $200 for habitat cases, $250 for deer, bear, antelope and cougar cases, and $500 for elk, big horn sheep, moose and mountain goat cases.
