After reading a letter from a resident outlining damage bydeer to plants on the resident's property over a period of years, the Bedminster Township Board of Supervisors said Aug. 11 a new ordinance will be prepared that will give ...property owners the right to install fencing to keep deer out...Deer fencing will be allowed in the portions zoned for agriculture, which is the majority of Bedminster, he said. The new rules will be designed to allow higher fences for deer fencing, but not to allow other types of high fencing under the guise of being deer fencing...
