A deer-density survey conducted during February 2012 indicated the average deer density in the township was 101 deer per square mile. Approximately 1,394 deer were in the township... According to Gino J. D’Angelo, a wildlife biologist with Wildlife Services, a more acceptable average deer density per square mile for an area such as Radnor should be 30 deer, or a total township population of 414.
