Two Texas hunters have been indicted on federal poaching charges Tuesday, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office...The Lacey Act is a federal law that makes it illegal to knowingly transport or sell in interstate commerce any wildlife taken or possessed in violation of state law. The indictment states both men took the deer in violation of Kansas law.
