The Morgantown urban deer committee is proposing two areas for the hunts. One at the West Virginia University farm and the other in the South Hills area of the city...Since 1996, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources has allowed municipalities to conduct deer hunts...Currently, nine municipalities around the state allow deer hunting.
