Early deer registrations are down in Northwestern Wisconsin November 24, 2013 Wisconsin, Duluth News Tribune

I’m guessing we’re down 50 percent from last year.” ... the antlerless harvest is likely to be down because the DNR issued fewer permits for antlerless deer.
