    Deer population objectives in each county have been approved for a three-year period, and County Deer Advisory Councils will meet for the first time in 2015 beginning March 16.  CDAC meetings are open to the public, and input is encouraged as councils form preliminary deer harvest quota recommendations for the 2015 deer season.  In 2014, each council proposed a population objective(increase, decrease or maintain) for their county's deer herd...
