Mr. Fraser contradicted evidence presented last week by Robert Willson, an ecologist retained by the Richmond Hill Naturalists, who are objecting to the observatory settlement. In Mr. Willson’s testimony, he said the observatory’s deer population could warrant possible wildlife heritage designation, stating that the deer are not captive and can leave the property via the CN rail line to the property’s west.
