Lynda Rydholm's request for a report on what to do about the deer in the city was approved Monday night during a ..."Deer have been hurt. People have been hurt," ... the issue is prevalent across North America and that the city might have to start changing its bylaws to allow different types and heights of fences so people can protect their homes and gardens....The report, which will come back to council in November, will identify changes to the city’s deer population, the number of deer related accidents and any other issues related to the animal.
