A report has highlighted Corby as one of the worst affected areas in the country for overpopulation of potentially destructive deer. Figures revealed at the British Ecological Society's annual meeting suggested that widespread culling will have to be ...“We manage them to a level, because they are lovely to see. But there is a level where they start to cause damage to trees and crops....“There is a much wider problem of deer management because there are fewer and fewer locations where there are keepers.”
